Cherry honey

High quality honey which is obtained at the beginning of spring and which requires care and favorable conditions to be produced. With a rather liquid consistency, with a color ranging from straw yellow to amber and sometimes reddish reflections. It has a delicate scent reminiscent of the flower and a taste that recalls notes of almonds. Excellent for its purifying action on the kidneys.
