Sensory notes : It is an oil characterized by a floral bouquet in which the scent of yellow apple with citrus notes is recognisable, distinctive elements of the Venetian variety. The scent of fresh vegetables, almonds and green bananas is strong and adds complexity to the scent of cut grass among the olive trees. Tasting confirms the slightly accentuated olfactory sensations of bitterness and spiciness. It has a beautiful greenish-yellow color, bright and clear.

Cultivar : Grignano 100%.

Olive grove : Located in Valpantena, on the eastern side of the valley, at 300 m. above sea level.

Best months : In the early ripening phase, in the first weeks of October.

Harvest : By hand with the aid of olive harvesters.
